Things worth knowing about your holidays at the Anthea:
Breakfast: You can book your apartment with breakfast. For this service we will charge 15.00 euros per person per day, 8.00 euros per day for children aged 4-10. Toddlers aged 0 to 4 will be getting breakfast for free!
Bread delivery service: Upon request, we will arrange a daily bread delivery directly to your apartment completely free of charge. While the delivery service is free, the sandwiches you ordered throughout your stay will be added to the final bill)
Dinner: You can also book your apartment with dinner, which consists of a 3-course menu with salad buffet. Dinner will be charged 21.00 euros per person/day. Reservation required.

Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival your apartment will be ready from 2:00 p.m. Please let us know if you're planning to arrive after 7:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Dogs: Upon request, you're welcome to bring along your furry friend. However, out of respect for other house guests, we cannot allow pets in the dining and bathing areas. For pets, we charge 10.00 euros per day without food.
Payment terms: You can pay your final bill either in cash or with Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards. We don't accept American Express or checks.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge.
For later cancellations, late arrivals, early departures and no-shows we charge 90% of the outstanding balance of your booking. To avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
For stays of less than 4 days we charge an extra 20%.
And of course, we won’t charge anything for:
- free WiFi in all areas
- sandwich service (on request)
- apartments with air conditioning
- towels and bed linen available
- toddler equipment
- laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron
- covered parking space
- large heated pool and whirlpool (open from 23rd march to 03rd november)
- spacious lawn with sun beds and parasols
- every week, Senior manager Sepp will take you on a hike
- With the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass you can enjoy a number of services for free.
- Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol
- Rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include the cable cars to Renon, Meltina, Verano and Colle.
- One-time entrance to more than 80 museums in South Tyrol
